The following few pages will collect some information for both billing purposes, and to create a profile to be displayed on our site. Please be careful and fill in the forms accurately and without using terms or pictures that might be deemed offensive or X-Rated. All profiles are subject to approval before they will be searchable on our site.

After you complete the forms, you will leave our site temporarily to make your payment through PayPal's secure processing facility. We do not take your credit card number ourselves and we store only that information required to continue a good relationship with you.

PayPal will take an authorization only. Your card will not be charged until your profile is approved. When we receive the authorization from PayPal, your profile will be viewed by our staff, and, if approved, your profile will be live the same day if possible and during our business hours of Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5PM EST.

In order to facilitate the creation of your Profile Page and minimize any problems with its content, we suggest that you View a Sample and note the information that can be included in your own profile. While not all information will be required for publishing, you should be prepared to provide answers on those fields that will be required in order for your page to be activated. At least one photo and one source of contact will be required.

For site security purposes, there is a time limit for completing each page. We feel that the allotted time is adequate, however it is best to have your personal information, photos, services and fees, description, and credit card data available for easy reference.
